What we promise
- The stone you ordered. White moissanite is D color, VVS1. Pieces marked "GRA report included" ship with their GRA card.
- Honest metals. 925 sterling silver, plated with rhodium or gold, or 14K gold filled with a solid gold layer of at least 5% of the weight. Nickel- and lead-free.
- A piece that arrives right. If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, tell us within 10 days of delivery with a photo and we replace it or refund it.
Why moissanite keeps its sparkle
Moissanite is 9.25 on the Mohs scale, second only to diamond, and it does not cloud or fade over time. Clean it and it looks like the day you bought it. The metal is what needs care: plating wears with friction, water and chemicals. Our care guide shows how to keep it bright.
What is not covered
Normal wear of plating over time, scratches, lost stones caused by impact, damage from chemicals, swimming or showering, and pieces altered or repaired by someone else.
