Free shipping on every order
Every order ships free, with no minimum. Each package is tracked, and you get the tracking link by email as soon as it leaves.
Delivery times
- Processing: orders ship within 1 to 3 business days.
- United States: delivery usually takes 5 to 9 business days after shipping.
- International: allow a few extra business days, depending on customs.
Holiday peaks and carrier delays can add a few days. Your tracking link always shows the latest status.
Where we ship
United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, United Kingdom, France, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and South Africa.
Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient.
Check your address
Orders go into fulfillment right after checkout, so they cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check your shipping address. Packages returned or lost because of an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund.
Lost packages
If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we send a free replacement. A package marked as delivered by the carrier is considered delivered.
